Oh Kew… The Christmas lights have been magical in the past. We made it a family tradition to go every year on Christmas Eve. I hate to leave a poor review but hope it will change things for next year… Full review by Catherine R

Hi, I have tickets booked this eve for 8pm Victoria gate for Christmas at Kew. Just wondering if anyone knew if there is any chance of getting in earlier? Or are they strict on time slots? Thanks!

However, for someone with mobility challenges, I’m sure they driver would try to accommodate. Cheers

I pushed a friend in a wheelchair (broken ankle) I am 71 and reasonably fit…. Saw pretty much everything including tree top walkway (lift access ) all the glasshouses are accessible. Take your own lunch… save a lot of money and avoid queuing that way u have more time to explore… they have wheelchairs for use (free)
