Texas teen Karmelo Anthony, charged with fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf during a track meet dispute, had his $1 million bond reduced to $250,000. A judge also approved house arrest with 24-hour supervision.

Karmelo Anthony had been in custody at the Collin County jail on a murder charge since April 2 in the fatal stabbing of Austin Metcalf at a Frisco track meet.
