The Atlanta Braves are having themselves a quality offseason thus far. Atlanta has made two meaningful free-agent signings in Robert Suarez and Mike Yastrzemski. They are also bringing back Raisel Iglesias on a $16 million deal.
If such a scenario were to occur, analyst Jon Morosi of MLB.com is of the opinion that former Blue Jays excecutive Alex Anthopoulos, now the Atlanta Braves' general manager, may try to sign Bichette. Valued at $3 billion, the Braves are the eighth-most valuable franchise in the major leagues, per Forbes.
