There was no shortage of drama surrounding this year's College Football Playoff (CFP) selection. The CFP committee didn't make many controversial choices, but a couple of decisions have been hotly debated since the bracket was announced just over a week ago.

Hall of Famer and ESPN basketball analyst Charles Barkley has an opinion on most everything, and that includes the College Football Playoff committee's decision to leave 10-2 Notre Dame off of the 12-team bracket.

The College Football Playoff selection committee's final top 25 of the season produced a 12-team bracket that includes two regular-season rematches in the first round: No. 9 Alabama at No. 8 Oklahoma and No. 11 Tulane at No. 6 Ole Miss. Oklahoma beat Alabama, 23-21, on Nov. 15 and Ole Miss cruised to a 45-10 win against Tulane on Sept. 20.
