Ghislaine Maxwell, the 62-year-old British socialite convicted of trafficking underage girls for Jeffrey Epstein, was moved to Federal Prison Camp Bryan, a minimum-security facility in Texas, earlier this week. Newsweek contacted Maxwell's attorney for comment via email on Saturday outside of regular office hours.

The House Oversight and Government Reform Committee is delaying its deposition of Ghislaine Maxwell, the committee's chair Rep. James Comer, R-Ky., confirmed.

Maxwell, Jeffrey Epstein's associate who is serving a 20-year prison sentence for her role in recruiting and trafficking minors for sex, was being held at a facility in Florida.
