Emma Hayes named her 24-player roster for the U.S. women’s national team Futures Camp this week, providing another glimpse into her long-term strategy for the program. The camp features players younger than 23 years old and will run parallel to the January camp for senior national team players next week in Carson, Calif.

U.S. women's national team head coach Emma Hayes will have 50 players participate in a massive winter event during January. The manager named an additional 24-player roster for a "Futures Camp" to run alongside the annual senior national team January training camps.

Although there won’t be any games because this camp takes place outside of a FIFA international window, it will give many new names the chance to impress.
