Jacksonville State football will take on Troy in the Salute to Veterans Bowl in Montgomery. The Gamecocks (8-5) are set to take on the Trojans (8-5) at 8 p.m. Tuesday from the Cramton Bowl. The game will air on ESPN. It is the renewal of the 'Battle for the Ol' School Bell' rivalry between the two schools.

Jacksonville State football tilt with Auburn has been pushed back to 2029 with another instate program being added to the schedule.
