Several DMV-area school districts have announced delays in response to the latest winter storm that made its way through the area over the weekend.
Maryland men’s basketball star Pharrel Payne was helped off the court after suffering an apparent leg injury during Saturday night’s game against No. 2 Michigan in College Park. Payne was standing near the basket during an offensive possession in the first half when a Michigan player fell backward and landed on Payne’s right leg.
The look was shared by several Maryland players behind Clemsen. The Terps (4-1) lost nine of 10 bouts in an ugly 35-3 loss to No. 16 Pitt in their home opener. “We stunk today,” Clemsen said.
