As of 1:30 p.m., the highest snowfall totals reported across the state were in Monmouth and Ocean counties. Colts Neck and Tinton Falls in Monmouth County both had reports of 8.3 inches to top the list, followed by Whiting in Ocean County with 8.2 inches and Toms River in Ocean County with 8.1 inches.
