A Texas House member from Fort Worth prepares to spend another night inside the Capitol in a political showdown over the rules established by the state legislature. Rep. Nicole Collier, who represents District 95 in East Fort Worth,

"You really are inspiring so many people," the former vice president told Collier, who slept inside the Capitol in protest of police escort.

GOP leadership required Democrats to consent to a police escort in order to leave the building. Collier chose to stay instead.
