It was an exciting first day in the desert for the Stagecoach Music Festival, which annually brings many of the best and biggest country acts in the world to Indio, Calif. for three days of performances.

Lana Del Rey's "country" set at Stagecoach ranged from a new song referring to kissing Morgan Wallen to a cover of Tammy Wynette's "Stand by Your Man."

Although singer Lana Del Rey is known for her melancholic, indie pop sound, she showed she has the chops for the Stagecoach crowd as she played a special country set Friday night in the Palomino tent.
