Parts of Mississippi will likely see severe weather and tornadoes on Wednesday with more widespread severe storms expected this week.
Another round of thunderstorms could roll across the Mississippi Coast on Sunday with strong winds forecast to drop this week’s springtime temperatures by more than 20 degrees. Forecasters say the storms will arrive early Sunday and pass by 1 p.m., leaving temperatures closer to 60 degrees.

The small twister might have gone unreported by the media at-large except for news about the location. Two years prior -- nearly to the day -- the town of Rolling Fork, Mississippi, was devastated by a violent EF4 tornado which killed 17 people under cover of darkness.
