Cleanup in Glasgow is ongoing after the National Weather Service confirmed an EF-2 tornado tore through the area Monday.
It is the second time this year services have been halted at the station because of flooding.
Officer raced to Paisley Road West after being called to the scene at around 10.20pm on Friday, May 1.
Proposals include bringing vacant buildings - including many listed properties on Carlton Place - back into productive use.
