The release of early voting results for Democratic primary elections was delayed after the Texas Supreme Court struck down a previous court order keeping polls open for an additional two hours.

U.S. Rep. Jasmine Crockett says she’s considering asking for an extension of voting hours on Election Day due to an “effort to suppress the vote” in Dallas and Williamson counties. Crockett’s camp issued a statement Tuesday afternoon saying Dallas County Republicans and the Williamson County GOP implemented precinct-specific voting locations on Election Day and that state law forced Democrats to “follow suit against our will.
