Use the following suggestions if one RAM slot is not working on your Windows computer. The first thing you should do is check for physical damage. If your RAM slot(s) is damaged, it will not work.
I think my parent's G4 Lampshade iMac has a bad RAM slot on the motherboard. Does anyone know how much this will cost to fix? There is no AppleCare and no AppleStores anywhere near here.
