Epic Games is going to release an Unreal Engine 5 editor for Fortnite later on this year. In an interview with Fast Company, Epic Games boss Tim Sweeney spoke about how the editor will empower users.

Epic Games is releasing the Unreal Editor for Fortnite on March 22, giving creators the ability to customize content with advanced tools at their disposal.

Announced at the Game Developers Conference, Epic will now share 40% of Fortnite revenue with anyone who design "islands" in the game.
