Public warned not to approach inmate who absconded from HMP Castle Huntly in Scotland

A manhunt is under way after an inmate absconded from a prison near Dundee. Sean McGovern, 39, was reported missing from HMP Castle Huntly, Scotland's only open prison, at around 10pm on Sunday.
