3 Bob Ross paintings auctioned for more than $500K to help after funding cuts to public broadcasting

The three pieces set to be sold by the auction house Bonhams are: "Cliffside," painted in 1990; "Winter’s Peace," painted in 1993; and "Home in the Valley," painted in 1993. Bids range from $25,000 to $50,000. Ross’ signature appears in the lower left corner of all three paintings.
