At least 22 civilians—21 in Cambodia and one in Thailand—have been killed since an earlier truce collapsed on Dec. 8.

Thailand and Cambodia have signed a ceasefire agreement to end weeks of armed combat along their border over competing claims to territory.

The truce freezes troop movements, ends airstrikes, and requires both sides to maintain current positions for 72 hours to ensure compliance.
