Simply having Clark available again for WNBA games is a victory on so many levels in the league’s 30th anniversary season. Development contracts are new for the 2026 WNBA season thanks to the league’s latest collective bargaining agreement. The contracts are for players with 0-3 years of WNBA service. Hall can participate in all the Fever’s training sessions, practices and travel but can only be on the active roster for 12 games this season.
