The second episode of the animated series' 27th season portrayed Noem - who has been dubbed "ICE Barbie" by detractors - as a puppy-shooting villain hellbent on rounding up Hispanics along with a team of beauticans who are constantly having to re-attach her melting face.

Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem didn't appreciate being the target of South Park's latest episode. In the second episode of their long-awaited 27th season, which aired on Wednesday, an animated version of Noem heads up a group of new ICE recruits — including South Park Elementary counselor Mr. Mackey.

Meanwhile, Mr. Mackey gets fired from his job as school counselor at South Park Elementary because all counselors are being replaced by the Bible, and ends up joining ICE to “make his nut.” Noem shows up to lead his ICE raids and is portrayed as a constant puppy-shooter — a reference to her book in which she describes killing a 14-month-old dog named Cricket.
