The HP Toolbox, for example, cleans print cartridges, calibrates the printer and checks ink levels. You can open the HP Toolbox from the system tray or from the printer properties window.
Locate the HP Deskjet printer in the list and click it to open the printer menu. Alternatively, you can click the HP Deskjet icon on your desktop or in the task bar.
