The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't been to a Super Bowl in 14 years, and a big reason for that is due to the franchise's inability to adapt and evolve to the game of football.

The NFL Players Association has released their team report cards for 2025 and the Pittsburgh Steelers received a mixed bag of grades that included high praise for Head Coach Mike Tomlin.

Overall, the Steelers ranked 28th out of the league's 32 teams. Ownership also ranked 28th, with players giving President Art Rooney II a six out of 10 in perceived willingness to invest in facilities, which took 30th out of the team's 32 owners.

Players grade their teams in everything from ownership to food to facilities. Pittsburgh's report card is one you'd be afraid to bring home to mom and dad.
