Jon Harrington, the father of David Harrington, one of three men who overdosed on a concoction of cocaine and fentanyl at a Northland house last January, has filed a wrongful death lawsuit.

Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson have been charged with manslaughter 14 months after three men — Ricky Johnson, David Harrington and Clayton McGeeney — were found dead on Jan. 9. Their remains were found outside of Willis' home two days after watching a Chiefs game.

Charges have been filed against two men in connection with the death of three Kansas City Chiefs fans in January 2024. Jordan Willis and Ivory Carson are both charged with three counts of involuntary manslaughter and two counts of the delivery of a controlled substance.

The charges come more than a year after Ricky Johnson, Clayton McGeeney and David Harrington were found dead outside of a home in Missouri.
