Bombay student’s proud moment turned into a cautionary tale after he said his college ID card was misused online.

Gill explained that someone had downloaded his ID photo from Google, assumed his identity as ‘Abhishek Kumar from IIT Bombay CSE’, and used it to harass and scam female JEE aspirants.

According to Gill, the impersonator claimed to be “Abhishek Kumar from IIT Bombay CSE” and used a copy of Gill’s student ID as "proof" while contacting underage girls online.
