This won't end up being a blockbuster storm. But in true New England style, there will be a little rain, a little snow and a lot of variability.

Greater Boston could see a coating to an inch of snow, and more heading south, making for a snowy Patriots-Bills matchup.

A storm arriving this weekend could bring plowable snow to parts of Massachusetts. This December has certainly had its share of cold weather. In fact, as of Thursday, this has been the coldest start to December in 17 years. Snow, on the other hand, has been a bit harder to come by.

Boston expects snow before 4 pm with 1-3 inches accumulation and high near 33°F. Tonight, snow chances diminish, with low around 14°F and wind chill as low as -1. Upcoming week may see more snow showers and rising temperatures.
