The Pittsburgh Steelers have been making noise throughout the first couple of days of mandatory minicamp as the organization is taking care of some internal business with some of the younger players on the roster.

During the 2024 offseason, the Pittsburgh Steelers gifted Pat Freiermuth a four-year, $48 million contract extension that made him a top-10 highest-paid tight end in the NFL.

Pittsburgh Steelers drafted Washington, a two-time national champion, and are now extending him on a four-year, $42 million extension.
