The Dallas Cowboys promoted Brian Schottenheimer as their new head coach ahead of the 2025 season. Schottenheimer served as offensive coordinator for the Cowboys for two seasons before he took over in the wake of Mike McCarthy’s firing.

The Tennessee Titans are hiring Aaron Whitecotton as their new run game coordinator/defensive line coach, a person familiar with the decision told The Dallas Morning News. Whitecotton spent one season as Dallas’ defensive line coach.
