No charges have been filed against the 49 individuals detained in a DEA-led raid at an Adams County warehouse; the raid was initially linked to a drug investigation and alleged Venezuelan gang activity.

The raid that happened on January 26 targeted a party supposedly associated with Venezuelan gang Tren de Aragua. In pursuit of more gang members, ICE raids have ramped up.

None of the 49 people detained in a raid on a makeshift nightclub in Adams County are facing criminal charges, according to the Drug Enforcement Administration’s Rocky Mountain Division.

ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations detained the nearly 50 people, many of which are “connected with the Tren de Aragua (TdA) gang from Venezuela,” according to the DEA.

Federal law enforcement agencies, joined by local partners, raided what the Drug Enforcement Agency called a "makeshift nightclub" in Adams County on Sunday, resulting in 49 people arrested.

The Drug Enforcement Administration said it did not present any cases for prosecution related to the "previously reported behavior" of the 49 people inside an Adams County makeshift nightclub they raided in late January.
