A snowball fight is set for 11 a.m. Monday at Meridian Hill/Malcolm X Park. Up to a foot of snow is expected to fall Monday. This tradition has been ongoing for the last 15 years. WASHINGTON - Since 2010, D.C. residents have gathered for a major snowball fight anytime there's been enough snow.
