Raymond Ornelas Torres, 41, was arrested in Riverside County on Monday for the June 20 homicide of 27-year-old Julian Garcia in southwest Fresno.

The Max Fire, which started on Sunday afternoon, has burned 426 acres and is currently 20% contained, with road closures in place and evacuation orders lifted.
