Marcus Rashford has reportedly suffered a hamstring injury which is expected to keep him sidelined through the end of the Premier League season. The Briton has impressed for Aston Villa since joining on loan from Manchester United in January, scoring four goals and assisting a further six in 17 appearances.

In his absence, the Villans fell to a 3-0 defeat, with the club now purely focusing on the race to finish in the Premier League top five and qualify for the Champions League. Following the loss at Wembley, Emery said Rashford had hurt his hamstring and could be sidelined for ‘some weeks’.
