Kevin Costner is aiming to have a stunt performer/actress' lawsuit alleging sexual harassment on set of 'Horizon' dismissed.

The "Yellowstone" star is seeking to dismiss a court case claiming he subjected a stuntwoman to "unscheduled rape" in a scene.
