The New York Giants opened the 2025 NFL draft by selecting Penn State edge rusher Abdul Carter with the No. 3 overall pick and then traded back up into Round 1 to snag Ole Miss quarterback Jaxson Dart with the 25th pick.

The New York Jets are once again beginning anew in 2025. They have a new general manager, new head coach and a new quarterback, as the Aaron Rodgers experiment failed. However, there's reason to be optimistic about this franchise's future.

On the heels of a 5-12 season, the Jets made offensive tackle Armand Membou their first-round draft pick, taking him seventh overall. It was the sixth time in the past nine years that they've had a top-10 selection. The opened the second round by taking tight end Mason Taylor (42nd overall). They have five picks remaining.
