Through just one week of training camp, the Philadelphia Eagles are starting to ramp things up. The organization has already dismissed talk of a Super Bowl championship repeat, choosing to focus on the 2025 season and working towards getting in that position again.

Kelee Ringo and Nakobe Dean are no longer roster locks as first-round pick Jihaad Campbell shines and veterans get key reps in Philadelphia Eagles training camp.

There's also a long way to go in the outside cornerback competition. Kelee Ringo, the Eagles' fourth-round pick in 2023, is the front-runner over veteran Adoree Jackson. With that status comes plenty of first-team reps against Eagles star receivers A.J. Brown and DeVonta Smith.

Philadelphia Eagles defensive coordinator Vic Fangio spoke with the media on Thursday, and as always, he was honest and forthcoming. The Eagles' defense had a lot of turnover this offseason, and there are plenty of questions to be answered this summer on that side of the ball.

"Toward the end of the Eagles’ first training camp practice on Wednesday, cornerback Kelee Ringo expressed his frustration by smacking his hands together. He was in good position on wide receiver Terrace Marshall Jr. near the left sideline, but he couldn’t knock it away from Marshall’s hands and gave up his third big catch of the day."
