A brother and sister, who were killed in the Ruidoso flash flood, were identified by family members on Thursday, July 10. The siblings, 7-year-old Sebastian Rowan and
Stephanie Hopkins, a Whitehall High School graduate, lost her two young children, 7-year-old Sebastian and 4-year-old Charlotte, during a flash flood in Ruidoso, New Mexico Tuesday.
ABC News has confirmed to ABC-7 the names of the two kids killed by the floods in Ruidoso, including their parents who are injured. Their aunt, Tiffanie Wyatt, told ABC News. According to the aunt, the Fort Bliss soldier is Sebastian Trotter.
