Samsung typically unveils a new flagship Galaxy smartphone at the start of each year, and, true to form, has announced a Galaxy Unpacked event for Jan. 22. Unsurprisingly, the rumor mill is abuzz with speculation about the S25's looks,

There’s still plenty of uncertainty about the mysterious Galaxy S25 Slim and its release, but it appears the device believed to be the S25 Slim is still being tested out, as evidenced by a discovery made in an unreleased version of Samsung’s One UI 7 software.

The source claims that the Samsung Galaxy S25 Slim has dimensions of 159 x 76 x 6.4mm (rising to 8.3mm if you include the camera bump). For comparison, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Plus (which this is expected to have a similar size screen to) is 158.5 x 75.9 x 7.7mm.

Just like the Galaxy Z Fold 6 Special Edition before it, Samsung's next "Slim" flagship could run the risk of not being released in all major markets.

Multiple reports have revealed the existence of an alleged Galaxy S25 Slim. The device is said to be an Android alternative to the also leaked iPhone 17 Air/Slim. All signs point to the phone not being present at the Unpacked event on January 22 along with the other Galaxy S25 models.
