The WWE is kicking off its streaming partnership with ESPN a few months ahead of schedule — and live from Indianapolis.
Pat McAfee is making his return to WWE. The popular media personality will be a part of the inaugural WrestlePalooza premium live event on Saturday, September 20th.
WWE has been doing a lot of press since Wednesday’s big announcement that their deal with ESPN starts in September with the Wrestlepalooza PLE on September 20. WWE Chief Content Officer Paul “Triple H” Levesque was a guest on the latest edition of ESPN’s SportsCenter, and he made a big announcement concerning WWE RAW Commentator Pat McAfee.
Earlier this month, it was announced that WWE and ESPN reached an agreement for the broadcaster to become the exclusive home of premium live events starting in 2026. The deal reportedly was for a whopping total of $1.625 billion over five years, with an annual value of $325 million.
