May 8, 2014 · As an Original Owner of a First Gen,Dodge Cummins Diesel W350 My Truck has over 450,000 miles on it. Engine wise,I have only replaced the Transfer Pump once, 3 water pumps and thermostats, one starter. The valves have been adjusted about every 75,000 miles. (never found one to be out of adjustment by more than .003)
