A big congratulations goes to Officer Roger Dickinson, who retires today, January 16, 2026, with 33 years of service. Roger was a reserve officer for approximately two years before joining the 83rd recruit class. He spent the majority of his time on patrol in Zone 3 and served as a Field Training Officer for the Division. 🚘 Columbus Police Impound Lot Vehicle Auction 🚙 On Saturday, August 6, 2022, the Columbus Division of Police will host the first of three auto auctions in 2022 at 2700 Impound Lot Rd. Gates open at 8 a.m. and the auction begins at 10 a.m. The 150 vehicle makes include Cadillac, Acura, Volkswagen, and Mercedes. All proceeds from the auction go to the City of Columbus’ general fund.
