Day 2 of my beginner dumbbell series! This one’s all about lower body glutes, and it’s very doable at home! Today’s workout: • Sumo squats — 3x12 • RDLs — 3x12 • Reverse lunges — 3x8 each side • Glute kickbacks — 3x12 each side • Calf raises — 2x15 Go slow and focus on the movement!!
