The brand is known for being design forward, and as a communal hub with good food, bars, with great locations. But to me, the problem is how it categorizes itself. And the lack of amenities makes it an odd experience. It’s stuck in the middle, and feels more like a hostel. So the third place concept doesn’t really hit. Neither d
