For black finishes I usually prefer matte, so I use underglaze which I can carve through. I unloaded these planters from the kiln this morning! I’m feeling thankful for all the good pots coming out of the kiln, and the people who enjoy my process and work. I love my friends and family too! 😊 I painted these with underglaze and carved through before any firings.
