Surprised myself a bit today! Yesterday I had my first attempt at underwater walking and struggled to get to 50m due to the strong lactic in my legs. Today when I got to 75m I still felt ok so just kept walking until 102m! Total dive time was ~3.30. I asked my close friend @the_social_freediver to film my dive and think I gave her a mini heart attack when I turned at 100 😂 sorry Kirsten 🫣. Was in absolute stitches when I watched the video back and heard the commentary so had to share. Thanks F

On March 26th 2018 after an intense year of training, I completed the deepest dive without fins by a woman, ever. Unfortunately due to losing consciousness briefly after surfacing (in freediving this is called a black out) it can not be classed a world record. I was pretty excited when I heard that Martin Zapanta would be available to film and for good reason. This video is amazing. Thank you for perfectly documenting such a monumental moment in my life. Leaving Roatan tomorrow after 2 months of training and competition. As I am reminiscing on my time here I thought I would share one of my training dives, 67m constant no fins. As I progressed deeper throughout this training period I kept expecting hypoxia to raise its little head but so far every dive has been very comfortable.
