Shrimp Tempura Udon Soup Recipe🌸 ( I got all of my ingredients at @nijiya__market ) Ingredients * 10 cups water * 1/4 cup instant dashi granules * 1/4 cup 1 tbsp dark soy sauce * 1/4 cup 1 tbsp light soy sauce * 2 tbsps granulated sugar * 1/4 cup 1 tbsp mirin * 4 shiitake mushrooms * 4 packs udon thick noodles Instructions: To a 5 quart pot add 10 cups of water and instant dashi granules. Once it reaches a boil add dark soy sauce, light soy sauce, granulated sugar, mirin and shiitake mushrooms.
