Our Force Control Room is the first point of contact for members of the public, when they call 999 or 101. On a typical day, our control room receives around 8️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ emergency calls and over 2️⃣2️⃣0️⃣0️⃣ non-emergency calls. Our Police Control Room Operators (PCROs) answer these calls, offering advice and support, and ensuring callers get the help need.
