Doubling fruit production on tomatoes by growing 2 stems. Generally you can train tomatoes to grow in a single stem, double or triple. Either way it’s your choice, you can even leave it as is and let it grow in a cage. As for me, I prefer the Double or single stem. I do notice an increase in production on the double stem, so I’ll likely grow this way for certain tomato varieties.
