#Aurora Watch the moon pass between Earth and the Sun before a big blast! The white material at the end of the loop is magnetically charged plasma called a coronal mass ejection (cme). When the particles grow larger it means it's moving toward us. We will likely be seeing auroras (northern and southern lights) Friday and maybe Saturday.
