I was stoked to get 6 reps on this. 5 reps has been the most I could ever lift A new pb every workout so far this week. This movement I’ve been stuck on 5 reps as my max for a few weeks (which is normal). To get past a plateau there are many things you can do, but the easiest to control is to add small amounts of weight and match the reps from the week prior, and gradually increase that weight weekly and keep matching reps.
