chinese tomato steak rice 😮‍💨 Been cooking this a lot for dinner here’s how you can make it: - Make a steak how you like it - i basted with butter, ginger, garlic, green onions - use the same pan to make a sauce - onions, tomatoes, garlic, ginger - deglaze the pan with chinese cooking wine - season with lots of sugar to sweeten the tomatoes, soy, salt, msg, five spice - thicken with a corn starch slurry and butter - eat with rice :)
